Food Agility CRC is pleased to announce 15 new Higher Degree by Research (PhD or Masters level) top-up scholarships for students working on projects aligned with the CRC’s priority research areas.  

In this scholarship round, we are seeking expressions of interest from students working on projects in the following priority areas related to the agrifood sector:

  • New sensors and sensing innovations
  • Data analytics
  • Sustainable food production systems empowered by data and digital
  • Smart farms
  • Digital value chains (anywhere from paddock to plate)
  • New markets and trading instruments empowered by data and digital

Important information:

Each $10,000 p.a. scholarship (up to 3 years PhD, 2 years Masters) is available to full-time domestic and international students enrolled at a Food Agility partner university. We welcome applications from students at any stage of their candidature.  

In addition to receiving a stipend scholarship, successful applicants will join our growing family of Food Agility CRC scholars and will be provided opportunities to further develop their industry knowledge and networks in addition to participating in a range of personal and professional development activities. Our scholars will have the opportunity to work with researchers, industry experts and professionals from across the Australian agrifood sector.
